Ingredients :
For dough :
๐ฝ Wheat flour 3 cups
๐ฝ Liquid milk as required
๐ฝ Milk powder 2 1/2 Tsp
๐ฝ Sugar 1 1/2 Tsp
๐ฝ Yeast 1 1/2 Tsp
๐ฝ Salt 1 Tsp
๐ฝ Butter 2 Tbsp
๐ฝ For egg wash-beated egg๐ฅ
For filling stuff :
๐ฝ Ground chicken 2 cup
๐ฝ Egg ๐ฅ 2
๐ฝ Tomatoes 2๐
๐ฝ Chopped onions 2
๐ฝ Minced garlic 6 cloves
๐ฝ Minced ginger - a small piecs
๐ฝ Salt - taste to enough
๐ฝ Pepper powder 2 Tsp
๐ฝ Chilli pieces 1 1/2 Tsp
๐ฝ Chilli powder 1 Tsp
๐ฝ Cheddar cheese 1 cup
๐ฝ Handful of sliced leaks
Instructions :
-filling-
Keep a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add butter onto the pan. Add minced garlic, ginger & green chilli mixture.
Then add ground chicken & egg with pepper powder, chilli powder, chilli pieces, & chopped tomatoes.
Cook ground chicken until no longer pink.
Add chilli sauce and pinch of salt & sugar.
Simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until it gets slightly thickned.
-For ring-
Take a medium bowl.
Put wheat flour, yeast, salt, sugar, milk powder, liquid milk into it.
Then mix well.
After making the dough ball keep it aside for 1 hr with covering plastic wrap.
It's for doubled in size.
Sprinkler the dough onto top of the dough table. Flatten the dough ball.
Cut into separate 8 triangles.
Arrange triangles in ring.
Then spoon chicken mixture on the half of each triangle.
Fill each dough closes to centre of ring.

Repeat around ring until entire filling is enclosed.
Finally apply egg wash.
Bake under 180 - 200 celcius for 20 to 25 minutes. ๐
Dress it up with fresh leaks or leaks.
