Samosa



It's considered as orginated fron Middle East. Now it's very popular not only Middle East but also across the India & other Asian countries.It's a very tastier tea snack.Samosa can be made with potato stuffing, vegetable or chicken stuffing. Making them at home is super easy if you know the steps correctly and also if you love to eat different types of food.

How you can feel these days???
Things are still weird and stuff is still closed. we also still live within confines.So if this is a horrible time, into my opinion, I think always today is the day. So I try to spend all todays as best as me.My quarantine dishes, snacks make my day better.It was happy. And it was really good to feel that.
So then you also go samosa crazy on a quarantine evenings, I dare you!

Ingredients :

Wheat flour 2 cups
Carrot 150g
Boiled potatoes 250g
Chicken breast 300g
Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
Vegetable oil 2 table spoons
Salt 1 tea spoon
Luke warm water 3/4 cups
Minced Ginger 1 tea spoon
Minced garlic 1 tea spoon
Chilli powder 2 tea spoons
Red chilli pieces 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
Pre cooked green peas 1 cup
Lime juice to taste
Butter 1 table spoon


Smashed boiled potatoes
Finely grated Carrot 
Chilli powder, salt, mustard seeds, pepper powder, red chilli pieces 
Minces ginger and garlic 
           
Wheat flour 
Finely sliced onion & curry leaves

Vegetable oil


Instructions :

First of all I think to prepare the dough. Because It takes some time to get more soft. Then take a dough kneading plate and add flour along with cumin seeds, salt and pepper powder according to your taste. Then, add oil and start kneading.Make sure dough turn out to be soft enough & afterwards Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep aside for about half an hour.

Once you assure . Roll out few small-sized balls from the dough.

Start to Flatten them further with the help of your palms and then with a rolling pin. Give them a round shape and cut it in half. fold the edges & try to get corn shape.It's somewhat different thing.But don't worry.Because No one can be a perfect always. So go on.


To prepare this delicious dish, prepare the stuffing for samosa by placing a pan on medium flame. Add vegetable oil in it and when the oil is hot enough, add cumin seeds & mustard seeds in it and let them crackle.When spluttering then immediately, add garlic, ginger and salt as per your taste.Then add coriander powder along with turmeric, red chilli pieces and red chilli powder. Keep stirring the mixture the whole while. Next, add boiled potato, finely grated carrot and stir yet again.With the help of the back of a spoon, mash the entire mixture altogether.

Sauted stuff

Now Stuff the mixure into the corn shape dough structure.After filling as much as you want, seal the edges of it with the help of your fingers.

After you make them until finish the dough balls, take a pan & heat over the flame with oil.After few seconds heat get enough you can deep fry them until they turn golden colour as well as crispy enough.Once deep fry all you can serve your delicious tea snack with tomato ketchup ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹
