Coconut Vege roti Today my mom had planned to make pol rotti for our dinner.I thought It gets so bored eating rotti as same way in everytime.So I wanted to do some changes to pol rotti.I hadn't known whether it's got succeed or not. However I love accept challenges. So I tried it as I want.Finally I could prepare more delicious as well as more nutritious vege rotti with different shapes. I know my shapes are teeny weeny bit wonky, hahaha! This drink is a perfect non-alcoholic alternative.This is the beverage of North Indian region. I feel the need to represent my neighbour Indian culture here on the blog with things like lassi. This recipe is very easy to make if you have a thirst you can quench it soon from madras masala lassi.It can be prepared with such basic ingredients available in your cuisines. Taco 🌮 Crescent 🌙 Ring💍 Ingredients : For dough : 🐽 Wheat flour 3 cups 🐽 Liquid milk as required 🐽 Milk powder 2 1/2 Tsp 🐽 Sugar 1 1/2 Tsp 🐽 Yeast 1 1/2 Tsp 🐽 Salt 1 Tsp 🐽 Butter 2 Tbsp 🐽 For egg wash-beated egg🥚 For filling stuff : 🐽 Ground chicken 2 cup 🐽 Egg 🥚 2 🐽 Tomatoes 2🍅 🐽 Chopped onions 2 🐽 Minced garlic 6 cloves 🐽 Minced ginger - a small piecs 🐽 Salt - taste to enough 🐽 Pepper powder 2 Tsp 🐽 Chilli pieces 1 1/2 Tsp 🐽 Chilli powder 1 Tsp 🐽 Cheddar cheese 1 cup 🐽 Handful of sliced leaks Instructions : -filling- Keep a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
