Lime sauce chicken fry

Things can’t be as bad as we seem ๐. If I have to stay at home for months I love it๐.
Because I always try to stay in home! Though it's a result of the worse situation๐, we can make the day better from our good, light thoughts!๐ผ๐ผ๐ผ
So preparing sth like new things we can enjoy ourselves as well as we can happy seeing our family's smile! ☺.

Lime taste is very familiar to us. As well as in Western countries most of them love this taste. So this is a fried chicken with lime sauce. It is normally used as a starter. If you also interest with thisss, JUST TRY! ๐
Ingredients :
*For chicken fry*
Boneless chicken
Pepper powder 1/2 teasp
Wheat flour
Liquid milk
Salt 1 1/2
Chilli powder 1/2 teasp
Well minced garlic cloves 3
Liquid milk - it's better to use kothmale, rich life
Vegetable oil enough to fry
Eggs 2

*For lime sauce*
Lime juice from 2 limes
Butter or margarine 3 tb sp
Pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon
Minced garlic 1 clove
Sugar 1 teasp

Instructions :
1st we are going to prepare lime sauce & then we can keep it aside.It's better.
So take a skillet or otherwise you can use a small pan. Heat it over medium heat. Now add 3 table spoon full of butter or margarine. Then add minced garlic, pepper powder respectively. As soon as melting butter
Now take it from heat & mix well. Now add the lime juice & sugar.Taste it. If it's feel more sour## add another 1/4 of a salt. Taste it again. If it's good let it sit until ready the chicken.
First of all You should keep the chicken to season. So take a small ball. Put the boneless chicken into the ball. Then add 1/2 of teasp & pinch of salt. Then keep it few minutes for seasoning.
๐️In this busy life I know you haven't more time to waste. Stay until seasoning is also a time wasting thing.So you can do seasoning initially then until it's ready, prepare the lime sause.

Now take the seasoned chiken. Keep it aside. Take another bowl. Add wheat flour, pepper powder, chill powder & minced garlic (before adding garlic remove extra water mashing it using palm) into the bowl. Now mix it well. Keep it aside.
Now take a separate small bowl. Add milk & egg into it. Whisk them well by using fork or spoon. Now the milk egg-mixture is ready.
Now we're ready to battle๐
Take a pan or skillet. Add vegetable oil into it. This is for frying chicken. Now take closer the milk egg mixture & dough mixture. Take one piece of chicken on your hand put it into the milk egg mixture. Rub## it well with mixture. Now put the rubbed chicken piece into the dough mixture. Rub it with aslo the dough mixture. Again put this chicken piece into the milk egg mixture & then again into the dough mixture. Mix it well.Now keep this chicken piece in separate plate. This is double coating method. We do batter twice in here. It gives a good taste & it gets large a bit. Do the same thing for all the chicken pieces. Now double coated chicken plate keep in freezer for 10 minutes. Let it set๐♀️. Take it from freezer 5 minutes before frying.
Now heat the oil. After heat well fry chicken pieces until it gets golden color. Put fried chicken on to the papper. It's for removing excess oil.
After finishing fry all the pieces put them into the bowl.Now add half of the prepared lime sauce over the chicken pieces. Mix well.
Now put them into the plate.
