Tantataa! What's up guys? Still I'm in lock down ๐Ÿ˜Š But you know, It's hard to eat same things for months ๐Ÿค Sooo today I just tried ๐ŸŠ bun๐Ÿ˜‹

๐Ÿ‘‡Time to go for the recipe☀️

Ingredients :

๐ŸฝWheat flour 350g
๐ŸฝMargarine 25g
๐ŸฝSugar 1Tsp
๐Ÿฝ Warm milk 120mL
๐Ÿฝ Luke warm water 45mL
๐Ÿฝ Salt 1Tsp
๐Ÿฝ Dried yeast 1Tsp
๐Ÿฝ Egg๐Ÿฅš1

Instructions :

Take a bowl. Put flour and salt into it. Then rub the margarine into the flour. Beat the egg in another plate. Then add beated egg into the bowl. Mix them until just combined.
Add the warm milk, water, sugar (1TSP) & yeast respectively, pour into the flour mixture & combine until soft but dry dough forms. If it's too wet, add some extra flour.

Knead for 8 to 10 minutes or until smooth. Place the dough on a lightly oiled bowl. Cover it with a damp cloth & keep aside  in a warm place for 1hr. It's until get double in size.

Preheat the oven to 200C.
Punch down the dough & then divide into same separate balls.
Ro each piece out into 6 inches sausage leaving the ends pointy, and the centre thick using the palm of your hand flatten out the centre in both directions.
Sprinkler sugar onto it.
Roll it into a Swiss roll log.


Place the buns on baking tray. Brush with sugar water then sprinkle sugar. Baking for 15 to 20 minutes until it turns golden  brown.

Ready to serve ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ƒ
