This is an old traditional food type in Sri Lanka. It's a kind of ayurwedic food. Mostly used in rural areas. Still old generation use this as a breakfast optional. Ingredients :
(you can add below ingredients as required)
๐ฝ Overnight soaked rice
๐ฝ Minced garlic
๐ฝ Minced red onion
๐ฝ Salt
๐ฝ Sliced green chilli
๐ฝ Chopped dried chilli
๐ฝ Lime
๐ฝ Coconut milk
Methods:
Pour coconut milk to overnight soaked rice. Then put all other ingredients to the rice and coconut milk mixture. Stir well and keep it clay pot for futher existing cool ๐.
